🧐 Did you know that cranial decompression techniques can help reduce headache, anxiety, stress, and neck pain?

🥰 Make sure you breathe nice and slow (4'' in and 6'' out) to enjoy the benefits of the relaxation/parasympathetic response!

1️⃣ Use two fingers and find your temporal bones where they meet the occipital bone

2️⃣ Gently pull the temporal bones apart

3️⃣ Distract the sutures

4️⃣ Inhale for 4'' and exhale for 6''

5️⃣ Repeat 3-5 times and rest
