1️⃣ Use two fingers and find your sphenoid bone

2️⃣ Gently lift up the sphenoid bone

3️⃣ Distract the suture

4️⃣ Inhale for 4'' and exhale for 6''

5️⃣ Repeat 3-5 times and rest
